To cancel the subscription and renewal of our products, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Help Center account.
- Navigate to 'View Profile' and select 'My Products.'
- For each purchased item, locate the 'Subscription Status' at the bottom.
- To cancel the subscription and renewal of the product, click on the link labeled 'CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.'
It is important to note that canceling the subscription does not automatically initiate a refund. Refund requests are handled separately, and you can find more information about the refund procedure here.
