A supported item includes a 6 month support period from the purchase date. During those 6 months, we as theme author will be available to provide you with the support services.
Please note that our response times can vary depending on the volume of inquiries we get, the nature of the request, and whether the questions have already been answered or if support has already been provided.
When purchasing a theme, you have the option to purchase the extended item support, which increases item support period up to a maximum of 12 months from the date of purchase.
When the support period expires you will receive a notification - and if you happen to have any open tickets before the support period expires, we will of course provide you with the answer and all the necessary help you may require.
You will have the option to extend the support, so that we can continue to provide the required help for all your theme related concerns.
