As of June 18th 2019, the Twitter company has put a limit of 100 000 requests per day on the API that we use in our themes.
This is the reason Twitter widgets seem to be not working after a certain time period has elapsed.
If you are using a Twitter widget on your site, there is a possible way of alleviating this problem by increasing the cache time.
Please navigate to Appearance > Widgets and find the appropriate widget area containing the Twitter widget. In most cases, it is one of the Footer widget areas.
Inside the widget, you should set the Tweets Cache Time option to 604800 and click Save after you have done so.
