In case you don’t find the answer to your specific question among these resources, all you have to do is click the “Submit a Request” link in the header to open a support ticket and our professional support agents will be more than glad to help you out. Bear in mind that in order to submit a ticket to our support center, you first need to sign up for your Qode Interactive user account.
In order to access theme documentation, just open the “Choose Theme” dropdown on the Support Center’s main page, and start typing the name of your theme. Once you find your theme, click on it and you’ll be redirected to the documentation page.

It’s important to note that while you can access the documentation database and Knowledge Base without logging in to the Qode Interactive website, in order to submit a ticket, you will have to be logged in to your user account. In case you don’t already have a Qode account, we suggest that you sign up for one right now.
